Hello and welcome to my site. I’m glad you found your way here. I am an interdisciplinary sex therapist serving folks of all genders and orientations who are looking to shed shame and disconnection and create new sexual and relationship possibilities.

In my work, I situate people’s suffering and challenges not as failures of your body or your mind but as responses to a culture that has damaging and unhealthy views on sex, religion, relationships, bodies, race, and gender. Because of this, my work is strongly rooted in somatic practices, self-discovery, social justice, and helping my clients navigate not just their own relationships, but the cultures in which they live.

My success with my clients is shaped by my pleasure-based, trauma informed framework and my concept of the 5 C’s (Curiosity, Creativity, Collaboration, Courage, Compassion). My ability to deeply support my clients stems from my combined experience as both a licensed therapist and many years as a sex educator.

I was inspired by my work in sex education and chose to pursue my Master’s in Clinical Psychology so I could go further in helping people develop healthy relationships with their sexuality. As a sex-positive therapist, I have strong connections to the kink, polyamory, and sex-education scenes in Los Angeles and I am part of the communities I care for. My ability to navigate these roles stems from my commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and the ethical provision of services. Being within these communities allows me to provide truly customized support for my clients and gives me valuable insight into the broader socio-historical systems that shape a person’s present experience of sexuality and relationships.

When I’m not working, you can find me out in the community, spending time with my cats, watching Golden Age Hollywood movies, action films, or reading old mysteries and new sci-fi.
